IBM
Quantum
Apart of our ongoing collaboration with Map Project Office and Universal Design Studio, our film showcases IBM’s milestone in computing; the world’s first large scale, fault tolerant quantum computer, housed at the new Quantum Data Centre in Poughkeepsie, New York.
We developed a film that captures the scale, ambition and elegance of this groundbreaking system, the next era of quantum performance. Our aim was to help visualise the unseen complexity of the system architecture and to express the profound shift this technology represents.
From ‘quantum chandeliers’ to superconducting stillness, our R&D aimed to reflect the scale and precision of this new era in computing with bold, elegant visual language.

We were challenged to represent and communicate complex science and technology, alongside cutting edge product and spatial design, combining them into one elegant and seamless experience.
